Oscar and his team at A 4 did an excellent job painting the full interior of my rental property in Woodland. Knowing that I needed a fast turnaround on the job he gave me a call back when he had an appointment cancellation in the area to take a look at the property right away and provide an estimate. The price was very good, the turnaround time was even better, and he even did a second coat in spots that he thought could use it. The paint job is so great it makes me want to move into the place myself now! This was a very smooth and hassle-free experience. I am programming him permanently into my phone since I am definitely calling him again when I need painting work done in the future and recommending him to my property manager.

We had new siding, trim, gutters, textured stucco and exterior paint completed.

We were on a time crunch to get the entire interior (ceiling, walls, doors, trim, baseboards, etc) of our house painted before we moved in and after the new floors were installed by another company, A 4 was able to accommodate our last minute crazy schedule.
