They are the best,,hands down
They realized that there was a leak that had grown - instead of charging us another call out fee, since it had escaped them the first visit, they filled our freon free of charge and got us a new condenser the next day.
After calling multiple companies who wanted to charge $150+ for a diagnostic and then more per hour (and an additional fee because it was a weekend), Air Kare came to my rescue and charged a very reasonable rate.
Truly cares about his customers and will go out of his way to make sure that they are taken care of.
We contracted Air Kare to replace our HVAC system the following week, and not only did they give us a fair price (and an amazing warranty) on the system, they replaced it in one day.
I called yesterday to have my A/C checked out because it was 91 degrees inside my house & I had someone over last night to fix my A/C… I had the guy Brian over and he explained every little thing what was wrong… I live in St.

Overall my house is staying 10x cooler with the SEER rating they recommended as well as a huge drop in my energy bill.
