Amy at APC was totally professional and diligent about working with the insurance company, always trying to spare me stress and wasted time as much as possible.
This was borne out during the actual job, as the crew was considerate, careful, and finished the entire roof in one day.
From the initial call the APC team came out on time to inspect my roof and showed me photo documentation of the damage and deterioration of my roof in Bethesda which had standing seam metal and cedar shake.
There were one or two very small things that needed attention and Diego took care of them immediately.
The crew worked diligently and there were no disruptions to our operations.
David and team were amazing and able to give me a timely inspection while giving a affordable/fair price for the repairs needed.
They found that the chimney flashing was lifted up and unsecured and that’s how water entered into the house.
I had an old roof removed and a new one installed and in over 30 years never had a better experience on a construction project.
We were planning to replace our roof this year, but didn't know the claim process with insurance company and Nikki explained and guided the entire process and made everything so easy for us.
The roofers are like craftsmen and understand working on slate, metal roofs and historic properties Erick and Jon are always responsive and are on top of their craft.
