After reading the stellar reviews for this company, I contacted John Apke via email on Friday, June 3rd, to describe the work I needed done, ask a few questions, & to ask for a price quote. Mr. Apke responded within two hours answering all my questions & giving me a quote. On Monday, June 6th, I scheduled for his technicians to come to my home to do their work. Mr. Apke said they would arrive on Wednesday, June 8th, between 10:00-noon, if this would be convenient for me. It was. Shortly after 10 a.m. there was a knock on my door. Two very nice & professional technicians, Coco & Marshall, introduced themselves & asked me to show them the rooms with the carpeting I needed cleaned. We have used Apke several times for both in home carpet cleaning and cleaning of oriental rugs cleaned in their plant.

John and his team of professionals performed over and above expectation for us in our time of need.
Staff were professional and were eager to meet high standards.
Apke was was on-time, did a great cleaning job - getting lots of old dirt and stains out of my carpet, They even went over a couple of sections twice to make sure I was happy!
I was asked to do a walk-through to look at the carpet when half of the work was done.
He answered the phone and was at our house within 30 minutes to resolve.

I spoke with John and explained to him about some carpet tape that has left my off white carpet looking a hot mess it was all black from carpet adhesive tape that was supposed to be safe for carpets.
