We had a disgusting situation. Not only did our newly purchased house have rats in our attic and walls, our attic insulation was covered in rat droppings. Our attic is also a very tight space with really low clearance. Zabi was our project manager and he provided excellent service and made sure the job was done well. We are now rat free and the old ratty, blown-in insulation has been replaced with nice R38 rolls. I would definitely recommend Attic Star.

While onsite for the attic work the crew manager, Juan, went to check out my crawlspace and noted that it had no insulation and insufficient rodent proofing and so was able to work with the office to get me a very good price on doing that work as well (again way under a competing quote for the same materials and scope of work).
A few hours later they proceeded to put all new high grade insulation in, nice grade vapor barrier, foamed all areas for rodent entry.
They were early for my appointment (per my request) which worked out great for me.
Attic Star addressed the issues on needed insulation in attic and better air flow.
They came out a few days before to make final calculations and make sure I had all my questions answered.
I wish all companies we delt with were as professional and as courteous.
