From the moment I met the owner Artur, my interactions with him were nothing but easy. He was respectful, kind and very professional which put my mind at ease right from the start. He was careful to listen rather than do the talking which a lot of contractors do. He made sure that I was getting everything that I needed and wanted and that I understood everything that was happening along the way. As a single woman, I needed to trust the person I would be working with and I trusted him from the start. If I ever had a question, he was easy to contact and never failed to reply quickly. Joe, did a great job building my deck and it turned out beautifully. He worked in the scalding heat, pouring rain, and anything else the weather had to offer to make sure the job got done.

Norbert and Artur were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project and their crew was very professional and paid extremely close attention to detail.
Although we did not have a big project (re-siding the front of our house, replacement of windows and painting), these were the guys for us.
During the era of Covid, with supply chain issues and great demand for professional services, I was looking for one company to take on all projects and relieve me of having to deal with multiple contractors.
Bak Brothers did an amazing job of getting a new roof & gutters installed on our new home before temps dropped this winter.
Bak was able to quickly diagnose the problem and determine the most cost-effective solution.
Communication was exceptional throughout, especially with respect to timing of project given supply chain challenges.
We have received a quote from them for four more windows and we’ll use them again without hesitation.
In review of the installation of three exterior doors and a storm door, the crew showed up on time, ensured that I received the right products, asked good questions to take proper care of my home during the install, and added a few detail touches to make everything look great.
Artur and Norbert were both very accommodating throughout the entire process, offering us options that worked with our needs and budget, without ever trying to "sell us" on the most elaborate option.
I personally am willing to pay a little more for work done by a trustworthy, professional company who does great work rather than a cheaper company who will rush through the job or try to cover things up in one way or another.
