From the beginning, everyone at Berger Home Services was communicative and professional. Phillip originally came out for an estimate, gave some information on my options (including what he felt was sufficient), and left his contact info with me. There was no hard sell or pressure to make a quick decision like so many other companies. After that, the office staff kept me informed of updates all the way through final payment. Installation occurred at the time promised and everyone did a great job. All and all, highly recommend!
