Sue and I started our cleaning business over 30 years ago and because of providing excellent service and quality work, it has flourished. All three of our children have worked in the business and as of recently, our grandchildren work in customer service as well. As a result of their contributions along with other employees, we have grown to a workforce of about 40 employees.

This is my first carpet cleaning in 8 years since we had it put in, He got my carpet looking brand new and smelling so clean, If there are spots that need a touch up, they let you call again within 30 days to have them come back.
I was happy with the service, the cleaning and the courtesy.
Our home has two dogs, a few adults, and young nieces and nephews staying with us for weeks at a time, we needed to clean our carpets twice a year.
My experience is a lesson to all service businesses: Call answered by live, local, person who gave their name, quote over phone, appointment scheduled, called the day before to confirm appointment, technician (Jose) showed up on time, technician was courteous and professional, payment made on site.
I would definitely recommend them for their great services.
I requested a two-room steam clean and I am very satisfied with the level of service rendered.
The technician was very nice, answered questions and did the job efficiently within the window of time he said it would take.
I have used CCE for personal and professional needs including office carpets as well as antique Persian/Oriental carpets and have never been disappointed.
