This is what we had done: the living room ceiling repaired, reinforced, and plastered; the walls in the living room, kitchen, halls, and bathroom re-plastered and painted; soundproofing done on one long wall in the living room and one kitchen wall; custom closet doors built and installed; one of the closet interior shelving units adjusted; the tub reglazed; the kitchen cabinets raised; the old kitchen floor taken out and replaced with a Moroccan encaustic cement floor; a new sink plumbed; a handmade ceramic tile backsplash installed; outlets and under-cabinet lights added in the kitchen; a new counter top and fridge installed.
