After receiving a few quotes (one at almost double DL's with a 5 month lead time) I was convinced with DL Design's professionalism during the consultation and reasonable pricing.
DL was able to demo old siding, remove mold they found within the chimney, and reconstruct the outside of our home, including new insulation, and installing plywood, corrected flashings, sturdy James Hardie siding (comes with 30-year guarantee), and 4 new Simonton windows.
I made changes along the way and wanted a couple things in different places (things I should have planned for in the beginning) and their response was no problem and made the changes.

Our project included windows, James Hardie siding, gutters, new garage doors, moving of our front door and back door and painting.
