Looking for a home inspector, LOOK NO FURTHER! Jay is amazing! Affordable pricing and excellent quality. As a single first time home buyer, I was very leery about picking an inspector. His reviews are true and if I could give him more stars, I would. He is thorough didn't mind me hovering over to see what he was doing. he took things apart, climbed into crawl spaces, pointed out things to both me and my realtor. Report came to me with colored pictures with what needed to be fixed and how the repair is to be re-mediated, which is great for the person doing the repair. Anyone I talk to about a home inspection with get referred to him. No question. Professional, friendly and informative! He took time to explain and show me any issues/updates! Thanks Jay- The MAN! HA!
