He found the entrance to the nest, injected insecticide, sprayed surrounding areas, then came inside and treated the inside entrance as well.
The work is done with good results without an expensive contract for treatment sometimes not needed.

I reached out to Heights Pest Control via text asking for immediate assistance.
They were able to look at the images my tenant provided and shared knowledge on what the insect was (alleviating my fears that it was a termite infestation) and provided tips on how to eradicate.

Al and his crew came out and went into a crawl space and sealed the entire compartment with rodent blocker and did an excellent job of trapping and ridding my crawl space of varmits .
We had caterpillars all over the outside of our house; then we had a wasp nest in the ceiling and more recently a fungus fly infestation.
Then, in September, there was some new evidence that the mice (or possibly chipmunks) were back, and they returned free of charge (as part of our warranty) to check out the matter.
