Lars is the best home inspector I've ever worked with. He is extremely thorough, professional, and kind. Lars did a great job explaining the inspection results to me and took the time to walk me through every item he noted while we were at the home, and even patiently showed me how to operate the tankless water heater, how to have it serviced etc., and he did this for every item in the home I wasn't familiar with. He produced a printed report by the same evening and took the time to answer all of my additional questions over the phone. All of that was above and beyond, and when I've worked with other home inspectors I have not been provided the same level of service nor been treated with such kindness and patience. I highly recommend Lars and In Depth Home Inspections.
