We are glad he did that because on trimming day it became apparent that there was severe fungus and the tree was unsafe and needed to be removed.
I like the family feeling and the fact that father Kevin is still around for occasional consults and my layman questions like “ what kind of tree is this?�

Ned Patchett Tree Care and Consulting is a first class, thoroughly professional and exceedingly knowledgeable organization.
I wanted a professional, local, family owned business to remove my dead birch tree, grind up the stump, and plant a new large tree in the same spot.
They did a great job, carefully removing the tree then spending a good deal or effort removing the root ball with their stump grinder and much hard hand effort.
No damage to the tile roof, rock wall, stone patio, landscaping, nor adjacent arbor.
