OC Poolscapes got creative for the demo and dig, and thankfully we avoided a hand dig and avoided craning equipment.
We had an amazing summer with the pool and it was great to have a retreat at home especially during the pandemic.
Throughout the entire process, OC Poolscapes kept a persistent line of communication open to my wife and I, primarily via text message, but also over the phone when we needed something explained (or we needed to make a decision)

Now that the project is complete, it has also been comforting to know that they stand behind their work and craftsmanship 100% by making sure that if any item needs touchup, repair, or adjustments, it is done in a very timely manner.
They were ontime and they worked fast.
They spent time with us as we designed the entire backyard (to measurement) & (not just the pool itself) changed the design several times they didn’t mind at all they wanted us to be happy.
They showed up on time, did what they promised, and a bit more than expected, cleaned up, and left.
They are digging the pool now and the timeline they are estimating is 5-8 weeks depending on a couple variables.
Jose, Malkiel, Elier, and the crew are all friendly, knowledgeable, professional and were always available to answer any questions we had.
