The NCAA is the only third party accreditation board that can truly certify an organization for compliance. Buying a home is stressful and there are so many things that need done, make sure you are making the right choice by having him come out to inspect the property, you will not regret it!
Price not only identified several thousands of dollars in undisclosed defects, he patiently explained everything to us in detail knowing this was our first home purchase.
He described in detail what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, what would or could happen if I didn't do it, and if there was a fix or something I could do myself.
Used this service prior to signing purchase papers on a new home and being a first time home buyer he was extremely helpful, also just a genuine good person will not hesitate to use his services again
