Ben gave us a fair price and worked for us for 6 days. He recalked our diminishing tile in bathrooms and kitchen, repaired where our walls were separating due to new construction settling. In addition her repaired our bannister which was loose. He also repaired and repainted the outside of our house where flickers had decided to make a nest and peck away at our siding. This was on our 3rd floor and required a 30 foot ladder, he covered our vent and repaired all of the damage inflicted by the flickers. Ben had us walk thru and double check all of his work, encouraged us to contact him if we found any other issues. Last year Ben painted our deck railings and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Ben is your man if you are looking for interior or exterior painting needs. Very detailed!
