Synergy recently finished a renovation of my mid-50s split level home. There was not an area of the house that work wasn't done. I could not be happier. They came in on time and on budget. Their entire staff was a pleasure to work with, as were their sub-contractors. Their design staff and on-site workers were communicative and listened to what I wanted, and then came up with ideas and solutions to issues all through the project. I highly recommend them, and their three-year warranty can't be beat.

Synergy Builders has done work for us in the past and their craftsmanship and customer service is fantastic.
I have had occasion to call upon them twice now and I have yet to be disappointed.
We were supported by a working crew of project managers who offered their knowledge and experience to coordinate our project with scheduling contractors, trouble-shooting when necessary, and communicating with us regularly.
We had also used Synergy to renovate our kitchen and all downstairs 3 years ago with similar satisfaction and results.
They communicated well throughout the project, stayed on schedule, and handled the inevitable couple of surprises well.
From beginning to end they were good listeners, and worked very collaboratively through from the design process through finishing details.
I suspect that this company might be pricey compared to other companies doing similar jobs, but in this industry you get what you pay for.
Although we ended up not being able to move forward on the project due to our personal situation, John still made himself available to help guide me through many questions and offered up his advice whenever we needed/need it.
During construction, you never know what surprises you run into but each time our project manager, Mark would talk it through with us and we’d agree on a plan forward.
Everyone we worked with from Adam during the sales process to Summer and June with design, Daryl and Kenny during the construction phase, were all so professional and knowledgeable.
