I wish I could give 10 stars! First I would like to mention Fred McKnight. He was so kind, respectful, easy to talk to and professional. After speaking with him. I was completely confident in having him and his company handle my puffback situation. I had some questions and concerns later on . He answered me promptly and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He sent 12 people to my house. They cleaned up my basement and my house. They put in a lot of work. They were all respectful of our home and polite. Willi was the man that was managing everyone. He had them all doing what they needed. He treated them all with respect. They came into my job to restore a classroom and they were so professional, informative in every step, and very very clean!
John and Will, the techs that set up the containment and removed the damaged (moldy) sheetrock and insulation were completely professional and courteous at all times.
The Adaptation Cruise Control software in my car malfunctioned and activated while parked in front of my house in North Bellmore, with my foot on the brake; the car crashed into the house with me in it.
They got here super quick and helped us with our water in the basement issue.
Once a date was established to start the work, Steve, the project manager, supervised the entire job until it was completed and I was satisfied.
It was a great experience and we even hired them to do a few extra projects around the house separate from repairing all the water damage.
Every person is available when you need them and they really helped us with our water situation.
We had a drain pipe that broke between our upstairs and first floor bedrooms, because of the water damage sheet rock needed to be remove and replaced and entire room painted.
True Restorations did a great job, from the assessment to the completion, the workers were all gentlemen and very respectful, considerate and efficient.
From fans to dry the damage to restoring the ceilings, walls and floors, every aspect was repaired in a professional and timely manner!
