Pricing was reasonable and the contractors that came out were the ultimate professionals - fast, very good at what they do, and went above and beyond.
Radu from Welkin gave us a quote on quite a few things: fixing the foundational cracks in the wall that allowed a small drip of water to come through, replacing dry wall, replacing the few rotted wood behind the walls, installing new flooring in the basement and office, painting the walls, replacement of our old stubborn sliding glass door, and a complete rehab of the main second floor bathroom with an addition of a laundry chute
I have worked with many contractors and I will say that the experience is usually challenging from changes in price, to missing deadlines, to unprofessional interactions etc..
By far the most responsive I've seen for the type of projects - which were fairly scattered throughout the house.
