Will I be required to get a Structural Engineering Report?
Yes, this is required by city to get permits and needed to sell your home. We use Blurton, Banks and Associates in Ridgeland, Mississippi. VA and FHA approved.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we have a performance bond to protect your down payment and a 1,000,000 liability insurance policy with Hartford Insurance Company. Policy will be furnished and local city permits included in estimate.
What makes thd Deep Piling System more reliable than push pilings?
The Deep Piling System provides a stronger adjustable system needed for yazoo clay. The system ensures that the foundation has adequate bearing support with a bulk amount of reinforced concrete for a widespread jacking base.
What type of warranty do you offer and is it transferable?
Foundation Consultant Specialist Co. offers a transferable warranty and price to fit every budget. Two year and Five year with a five year extended service policy are available. We were the first Foundation Company in Mississippi to offer a five years transferable warranty in 1979. A Lifetime warranty also available (see store for limitations).
How long will it take to get the estimate and is there a charge?
We offer a free structural evaluation and estimate to home owners. The owner/contractor Craig Eldridge will give you the estimate and discuss the repair plan with you within 24 hours. Craig has 35 years experience and has repaired over 3000 homes and buildings.
