How long does professional carpet cleaning take?

The time frame for professional cleaning depends on the size of the job. Some rug cleanings last 30 minutes. Residential carpet cleaning may take two hours while a commercial cleaning could take even longer.

What should I do to prepare for my carpet cleaning?

Our technicians will remove your furniture and then return it to place at no additional charge. We ask that you remove electronics, and other small items. Our technicians do not, however, remove certain items such as waterbeds, pool tables etc.

Should I vacuum before a professional carpet cleaning?

No, customers do not have to vacuum. As part of our services, we will vacuum your home. We will thoroughly vacuum your carpeting from corner to corner prior to professional cleaning your carpeting.

How often should my carpet and upholstery be cleaned?

If carpet and upholstery is cleaned before it becomes too unsightly, the cleaning chore will be easier and more successful. Allowing them to become overly soiled will result in irreversible damage. It is a common myth that cleaning them before it is absolutely necessary will cause them to get dirty faster. A good rule of thumb is to clean all carpet traffic lanes and frequently used upholstery at least once per year.
