We also use HVAC to heat our homes and that dries indoor air even more. So we have been telling all of our air duct cleaning customers that either room humidifier or HVAC humidifier is necessary to maintain proper humidity levels. This can help stop our nasal passages from drying out protective layer. Our skin needs humidity or it starts drying. So if you don't have a humidifier, do yourself a favor, get the cheapest room humidifier (warm mist preferably) and use it where you spend time at home and you will see great improvements!
