Ascent Tree Works is hiring 1-2 Tree Service Ground Workers, details are as follows:nnEssential Duties and Responsibilities:nn-Stack brush and wood for machine pickup or haul to dump trailern-Assist the tree climber in tree removals/tree trimming/tree maintenance, use ropes, rig tree branches, safely operate chainsaw, rake/blow/clean the job siten-Take direction and perform duties as assigned without repetitively being shown or told what to do, retain what you’ve learned, anticipate duties learned from previous jobsn-Clearly communicate with climber and other crew membersn-Function as a member of a tree crew while progressively learning new skills such as: tying knots, rigging techniques, using a throw ball, felling trees, chainsaw maintenance, etc.nnRequirements:nn~Prior tree service experience REQUIRED, right now we are not looking to train someone without previous tree service experiencen~Able to perform repetitive and physical tasks, enjoys physical outdoor work, be strong and able to lift 50-75lbs, work outside in various weather conditions (We do not work in heavy rain, thunder, or lightning)n~Follow safety procedures and wear all required PPEn~Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, your own work boots, speak Englishn***SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY, if you cannot work hard outside or take direction and you prefer...
