Our experience with Terence from Shark Tree Services was more than what we expected. First of all, we contacted Shark Tree on a Thursday;left a message. Less than a hour he return our phone call and schedule to come to our house that evening. Terence arrived checked our property, listened to our concerns (a lot of tree branches on top of our house). Two maple trees and one white oak tree (we have more trees, but those are the ones we were more concern). He was honest and informed us that our two maple trees are practically dead, and that they will last us one to two years at the most. It was our decision to keep them, cut them, or trim them. He never tried to upsell any services. He gave us two estimates, one with a just trimming the trees, and the other with removing the worst maple tree and trimming the rest. By the way the two maple trees were right in front of our house and we live in front of a very busy street /Route 46 (and in between two set of electrical wires). We decided to go with the second estimate. He started work and completed all work in two days. We are amazed with all the work that Terence and his assistant did. Extremely organized, attentive, professional, and courteous. He even cut the wood we wanted to stay with for winter use at our request.
