We are a local tree service company that specializes in tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, and tree planting.nnWe are seeking a full time, hard working and reliable individual to joinour crew, whose job duties may include:n-assisting crew of approx. 3-6 laborers & tree climbern-must have experience with chainsaws and trimming treesn-acting as liaison between crew members and customersnnYou will be working with the crew, and climbing experience is not necessary, however is helpful so you understand the flow of projects.nnYou MUST have a CLEAN and valid Driver's License and own reliable transportation to get to our yard every day! (We will verify your driving record thru our insurance company!) Spring and summer are our busiest months and we typically work 9-10 hour days Monday thru Friday with an occasional Saturday when needed (however we usually ask for volunteers within the crew who would like extra hours). You will be guaranteed at least 40-50 hours per week.nnYou must:n-have a current driver's license with a CLEAN driving record!n-able to work Monday-Fridayn-have reliable transportationn-be punctual!n-be hard workingn-be a self-starter and self-motivated -- see what needs to be done and do it without someone needing to give you constant direction on a job siten-be presentable & respectful as you will be on varying clients properties all day longn-able to work outside in the Arizona summers!n-be able to lift 50+ pounds as this is a labor-intensive positionnnThere is room for advancement and growth. The starting wage is $12 to $15 per hour (depending on experience), and opportunities for continued advancement within the company.
