FAQs

Does my child need a ticket?

Tickets are required for children 2 years and older. Some shows deal with mature themes and may not be appropriate for all children. For information on whether a particular show is suitable for your child, please see if there are Age Appropriate details listed by each show on this website or call (509) 663-ARTS. Our policy is to inform audiences of age recommendations, but to let parents, guardians, and teachers make decisions that they feel is most appropriate for youth and teens in their care.

What additional fees should I expect to pay when purchasing tickets?

Tickets purchased online and by phone can expect an additional $3 fee per ticket. Tickets purchased at the box office using debit/credit cards can expect an additional $1 fee per ticket.

When do the doors open for a show and when should I arrive?

The Numerica PAC will open 90 minutes prior to showtime, and the doors to the theatre generally open about thirty minutes prior to curtain. If you have purchased your tickets we suggest arriving up to 60 minutes before showtime to relax, enjoy refreshments, pick-up Will Call tickets, and read your program. If you have not purchased your ticket we suggest arriving up to 90 minutes prior to showtime to ensure you have a ticket and do not have to wait in line.

Is there a Dress Code?

For many patrons, attending a show at the Numerica Performing Arts Center is a special occasion, but formal wear is not required. Attire generally varies from business casual to cocktail dresses and suits. Above all, we want you to feel comfortable.

How can our babysitter reach us?

There is no paging system at the Numerica Performing Arts Center. While cellular phones must be silenced during performances, they are the best way for you to be contacted directly, so please feel free to bring them and to check your messages during a break or intermission.
