We improve existing building amenities to be real assets for building tenants, and to ultimately help the building owners improve upon building occupancy. Recently, we were commissioned to do a Concept Feasibility Study for three gym projects to identify challenges, illustrate quick concepts, and study how these spaces can be optimized and expanded for outdoor workouts. nnWe put ourselves in the shoes of the gym users here at this location and noticed there was a lack of privacy for those who spend more time stretching, doing mat work, or practicing yoga.
