What is involved in the fabrication process?

In order to cut the granite stone, large saws are used. A special chemical is applied to both the saw and stone to help prevent breakage. The next step in the fabrication process involves cutting these large natural stones into manageable sizes. Slabs are cut into specific lengths, widths, and thicknesses that will eventually be used for granite countertops.
