It is their job to listen to you and sift through the thousands of options available for your project and present you with the options that best fit your design criteria. Our designers are skilled in space planning, making sure your room is custom designed for you and your needs. Our team also has their finger on the pulse of current trends and the design staples that make each space feel like home.

It starts with a phone call or contact form from our website. From there the design studio staff will gather the basics of your project, asking you questions about what you would like to have remodeled, any problems you are hoping to resolve, and what your design goals are. They will then schedule a discovery appointment with a designer for a complimentary consultation.

When you sign your contract, the price you see is our total assumed price to complete your project. That being said, every remodeling project has the potential for unforeseen things to come up. If we discuss changes outside of the original contracted scope of work you will be presented with options and prices. No work will be completed without your approval.

If hazardous material is found in your home during any part of the remodeling process we will make you aware. It is your responsibility to reach out to an abatement company (we can recommend one if need be) and have the material removed. We will pause your project until the space is safe to work in again.
