The “As Built” Plan – Ensuring Accuracy The first step with any basement finishing project is to complete an ‘As Built’ design. This is the floor plan of the basement as it currently sits – unfinished. Country Creek Builders uses the most recent technology to ensure that the ‘As Built’ is as accurate as possible. As such has invested in a Galaxy tablet and a blue tooth digital laser. When a room is measured with the laser, the measurement is automatically transferred to the tablet. The ‘As Built’ plan is then generated as the existing rooms are measured. This process will ensure that all existing conditions including walls, windows and doors, are included. Once all the measurements are taken and transferred to the tablet, the plan is up loaded to the cloud.
