FAQs

Where do you get your materials?

Most finish materials these days are sourced or imported over seas. We prefer to use greenguard certified products, and do our best to use American made products whenever possible.

If you use subcontractors, how do you vet their experience to make sure they do quality work?

All of our subcontractors are vetted and have a long history of working with us on high end homes. We have a polished team that is sure to impress when it comes to communication, quality of work, etc.

How will the construction impact my day to day?

We address this heavily during our initial consultation and would make sure to address all the logistics of the project. We understand that construction is never convenient and are dedicated to making that process an enjoyable, stress free experience.

How many job sites do you have at one time?

We will typically in our busy season, have two to three large projects taking place at one time. With a project manager at each site and two to three laborers bouncing around where needed.

Do u handle the permits or do I have to get them?

The contractor should always provide the permits. If the contractor ever suggests otherwise I would suggest a second opinion . this is bad business in my opinion and could lead to further problems down the road as the person pulling the permits is liable and this raises red flags. NSS specializes in permit expediting.
