DO I HAVE TO USE SPECIAL FLOOR CLEANER IF I HAVE THE SEALANT APPLIED?

To preserve the life of the sealant, we recommend that you use a neutral cleaner to clean your tile and grout. Rinsing after mopping will also help keep your floors looking their best. You will want to avoid bleach and other harsh chemical cleaners as these can wear away at the sealant and cause it to break down prematurely.

DO I HAVE TO USE A SPECIAL FLOOR CLEANER IF I HAVE THE SEALANT APPLIED?

To preserve the sealer and polish of your floors, we recommend avoiding harsh cleaners that contain wax, bleach, acidic agents, or other harsh chemicals that can damage the surface of your natural stone floor. Rinsing after mopping will also help keep your floors looking their best.

IS CARPET PROTECTOR BENEFICIAL?

Yes. Carpet and upholstery protector take on the damages of spills and wear and tear so the material's fibers won't. When dealing with high traffic areas in your business, carpet protector is an added benefit because instead of traffic wearing down your carpet fibers, the carpet protector is being worn down, extending the life of the carpet.

DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE?

Yes. There is no additional charge and our technicians are professionally trained to properly move furniture. There are some items we will not move like large electronics, cubicles, cabinets, etc. If we are moving pieces of furniture, we suggest removing items like small electronics, lamps, knick-knacks, etc. After the cleaning is completed, we will return it to its rightful place on protective padding as needed.
