What cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality products that are effective and meet the standards outlined in the cleaning industry. Several of our products have been approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) Seal of Approval Program (SOA) and follow the standards and guidelines set forth the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification Standards (IICRC). Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning services?
Willams Carpet Care offers a Green Cleaning System option to rejuvenate your carpets and upholstery with an environmentally safe cleaning solution. The Eco-friendly solution removes more than 94% of contaminants in carpets, rugs, and upholsteries.
Is the removal of all stains guaranteed?
A variety of factors go into whether a spot or stain can be removed. Depending on the stain itself, as well as the age and type of carpet, removal may not be possible. If you have a concern about a stain being permanent, talk with our office.
