We use a truck mounted vacuum system, and go down each register with a hard bristle brush that spins and scrapes all the dust from the inside of the duct. We clean all the way down to the furnace, but not the furnace at this time. We include an odor neutralizer, which makes it so you don't smell that stale dust smell.
