Using sparkling water try to wash off the stain and blotting the water with a white towel. Repeat the process multiple times and make sure the rug is completely dried by lifting the rug and using a fan to dry it quickly to prevent mildew and mold to set in. Do Not Scrub/rub the spill on the rug with the towel. Do Not use Bleach! Use only water to remove the spot as much as possible.
