Our pricing is based on the square footage but there are several factors that can adjust the rate. Our base service includes that we pre-vacuum, move furniture (except for breakables and electronics), pretreat the overall area as well as the spots and stains and then clean, we then put the furniture back on plastic tabs or styrofoam blocks and groom the carpet. There are adjustments to the rate for empty rooms, cleaning the open areas as well as if there is an excessive amount of furniture to move in the area.
