What types of rugs do you clean?

We clean almost all types of rugs, including but not limited to handmade orientals such as new or antique Persian and Chinese rugs, kilims, dhurries, braided rugs, rag rugs, machine made rugs, tufted rugs, flokatis, synthetic fiber rugs, non handmade flat weaves and sisals.

Can you remove pet odor from my rug?

Most definitely. In almost all rugs we guarantee the removal of odors from your rugs. More importantly we do not use masking agents to cover the odor.

Do you repair rugs?

Absolutely. Whether you own a handmade or machine made rug, we can repair anything from tiny edging or fringe problems to major reweaving of holes. For more details please see our Rug and Carpet Repair and Restoration page.

How much do you charge for wall to wall carpet cleaning at my house?

We charge by the square foot. Measure the area you need cleaned and give us a rough idea about its square footage. We can then provide you with the cost for each room. For stairways we charge by number of steps. Let us know how many steps you have and we can give you the cost for cleaning your stairway carpet.

What are your hours?

Our Minneapolis location is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm. Our Golden Valley location is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
