What is the first thing to do when remodeling a home?

Prior to meeting with us, we recommend making a list of your needs and wants. This includes needs and wants for square footage, function, budget, timeline, and aesthetics. It is also a good idea to think about what you do not want as well. Instead of buying plans, bring us photos of floor plans, inspiration, and other items you like will help us start your project.

How much does your services cost?

We charge an hourly rate for our time, so it is very clear to our clients what they are being charged for. We do our best to guide our clients in a way that will meet their budget, however, there is always the possibility for the unexpected change in plans.

What areas do you serve?

Our business is based in Chico, California. We serve Chico, Orland, Willows, Paradise, Gridley, Live Oak, Yuba City, Red Bluff, Redding, and Chester. We serve Butte County, as well as the surrounding areas of Northern California.
