The Sequoia Elementary School renovation project in Manteca is well underway! O’Dell had the pleasure of collaborating with a local architecture and an engineering firm to meet the needs and expectations of the owner, which was the Manteca Unified School District (MUSD).nnThe desired program included three new playgrounds for dedicated age groups, an expanded play yard, shade structures over picnic areas, a walking loop with fitness equipment nodes, and new turf and planting. We are excited to see it all finished and for the students and faculty to enjoy it!nnO’Dell’s scope was to provide planting plans, irrigation plans, specifications, as well as address comments for DSA approval and construction submittals.
