We are excited to showcase our latest completed project located steps away from Siesta Key Beach! Set apart on a private road in a vibrant beach community, this bespoke retreat blends crisp, coastal design with exquisite comforts. The three expansive, four-and five-bedroom residences flow with open concept spaces and windows that frame panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. We maximized both the building’s height and envelope to take full advantage of the location. Nearly 400 square feet of wrap-around, radius balconies create an indoor-outdoor living space. Each balcony extends 10 feet—and seems to defy gravity. Distinctive, all-concrete cantilever construction makes it possible. The azure color palette, vertical accent wall with a stainless steel mesh design and rhythmic motif of the radius balconies further inspire and intrigue.
