We live by this statement because you can search far and wide but you won’t find a more thorough house cleaning company in Virginia Beach! True story: it was our first year in business and we were giving flat rates over the phone. Number one, bad idea because you never know exactly what you’re getting into. Anyway, we set up an appointment that was pretty far down in the Pungo area so it took a while to get there.. When we show up two maids and their mops were inside already cleaning! Trying to understand what was going on given the homeowner was not around these two maids tell us they have a contract to clean from two days ago. That means our customer didn’t let us know she went with a cheaper service, she saved $15 whole dollars.. I am sure she got what she paid for but how ridiculous right? We have not given a flare rate since 2017 and have changed the way we operate to cover ourselves and our employees. We do occasionally have people call and ask if we do an hour here our two hours there.. but we are not staffed to provide that kind of hopping around day in and day out. We have 4 hour minimums in place so we have a job to do and not just one small bathroom to clean. We do provide recurring cleanings and to get on our schedule for those you simply need to schedule an initial deep cleaning. From there we will be able to assess what you’re looking to have maintained and at what interval. We love our clients that keep us around, you’ll love us too promise!
