How many professional cleaning services technician will take care of my home?

Most times your cleaning services home care techs will consist of two techs; sometimes we might have a solo tech. The plan and structural of our company and customer retention relays on getting you a set-up with home care techs who know you and your home and who can be consistent in exceeding your expectation while providing you VIP house cleaning. Do we bring our own cleaning supplies & equipment during maid servcies?

Yes. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to make your place shine for cleaning services . If you have a specific cleaning products or equipment you prefer to take care of your home during the house cleaning please inform us during booking so we can advise our techs assigned for your booking.

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

Cleaning services require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice, otherwise there will be a late cancellation penalty fee of $50.00. If you are not home at scheduled service time or you send the tech away, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged to card on file at time.

What if I am not satisfied with my professional cleaning services?

For any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaning services, just contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to job- site to re-clean and make it right at no additional cost. All work is non-refundable; however, we pride ourselves on exceeding our customer's expectations. Housekeeping is a skill we pride ourselves on and making our customer happy is a top priority. How do I pay for my professional cleaning services?
