What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?

A $50 deposit is necessary to secure your one-time cleaning service, due to our 48-hour rescheduling or cancellation policy. To prevent forfeiture of your deposit, kindly reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your cleaning appointment. If rescheduling occurs within this timeframe, the $50 will be credited towards your upcoming scheduled cleaning.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning service?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll address the issue promptly.
