How do I know if my home needs repairs?

You may have noticed the tell-tale signs like misaligned or sticking doors or cracks in the drywall, tile, or bricks. Schedule a free evaluation with us to you know for sure if you need a repair.

How long is the warranty valid?

We offer a lifetime warranty with unlimited transfers to new owners. Just call us when you become the new owner and we will transfer the warranty to you. Our warranty follows the home, not the homeowner.

Are gutters & downspout diverters necessary?

While gutters are very helpful in keeping water away from your foundation, they are not completely necessary if you do not already have them. We make sure you have proper drainage and will use some of the extra dirt to make sure all water moves away from your foundation. If you already have gutters we recommend that you install diverters to direct all water at least three feet away from the foundation.
