In previous years, Manel Sealers has strictly used coal tar as our sealer product. As of 2022, coal tar was banned in New York State, so we are no longer able to buy it. That being said, our company has switched over to asphalt emulsion as our new sealer product. This product is still the top tear sealant we have always promised, just a different product.
