How do I know if my pavers need stripping to remove old sealer?

During our estimate, we perform a test using Xylene on a small, inconspicuous area of your pavers. If the Xylene reactivates the old sealer, making it sticky or glossy, it indicates that stripping is necessary to remove the old sealer before applying a new coat.

How does Venture Paver Sealing First Coast ensure the stripping process does not damage my pavers?

Our team uses gentle, effective stripping methods and materials that safely remove old sealants and residues without harming the pavers, ensuring they are perfectly prepared for a fresh seal. Our precautions also involve pre wetting your walls and rinsing off the home to make sure we only strip your pavers not the house!

What type of sealant does Venture Paver Sealing First Coast use, and how is it environmentally friendly?

We use water-based sealants that are eco-friendly, non-toxic, and provide excellent protection. These sealants are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Based on Florida weather you should not be using any type of acrylic or oil based sealers on pavers or travertine.

Can sealing my pavers improve their slip resistance, especially around pool areas?

Yes, we offer sealants with added slip-resistant properties, making them safer for use around pools and other wet areas. Usually recommended on travertine surfaces
