Site Development company seeking a General Laborer. This is a great opportunity to learn a trade!nnPOSITION SUMMARY: nnThis position is responsible for performing physical labor while assisting with heavy construction duties at our job site locations. nnKEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: nn• Performs physical labor work as assignedn• Use rakes, shovels, chain saws, and small power tools at jobsites.n• Grass mowing, weed eating, blowing, spreading grass seed, blowing straw, etc.n• Performs various other jobsite duties as assigned.n• General Maintenance of equipment and tools n• Clean up around job site n• Shoveling/raking of dirt, gravel, and asphalt n• Operating small or heavy equipment n• Set up/maintenance of erosion control n• Loading and unloading of materials n• Checking/maintaining grade stakes n• Pressure wash trucks and equipmentnnThe above duties will be performed outside, and require periods of walking, standing and bending. Lifting of 50lbs or more is required. These duties are not all inclusive and may be added to at any time. Meet at shop and go to job location in company vehiclennMust have reliable transportation, pass drug screen, and willing to work 40+ hours a week-and some Saturdays.nnEDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: nn• Experience using a chain saw is required.n• Experience on a construction jobsite is a plus.n• Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
