To get on the installation schedule and secure your material, you must sign the purchase agreement we draft for your project. Along with a signed agreement we typically require a Good Faith Deposit. Our typical terms are 50% down by Credit Card, Cash, or Check with the balance due upon completion.

Installation will vary depending on many factors, including the type of fence, length, and site conditions. Generally speaking, most jobs are started and completed within 2 - 3 days.

If your property does not have survey pins or if the survey pins are not easily accessible, we suggest you have a certified stake survey completed prior to the installation of your fence. Plot plans, land plats, and land surveys are not guarantees of property boundaries. We are not a certified surveying company and are unable to provide guarantees of boundaries.

A final layout will be performed prior to installation and all decision makers should be present during that layout. Most final layouts are completed the morning of your scheduled installation, but other arrangements can be made if you are not available to meet at that time. Once the final layout is completed, construction will start and you no longer need to be present.

We do not reuse existing fence material. This would be considered fence repair, which we only offer on fences we have installed. Existing fence materials typically do not match, due to some of our exclusive features, and would not provide a uniform fence pleasing to the eye.
