For the next few weeks, we will be using video or the telephone for the part of the process that usually happens face to face in your home. Fortunately, we have been experimenting with this method for some time, and we believe the process will still produce our high standards of quality, education & customer satisfaction. The process will still involve an experienced estimator measuring the back of your house, and surveying your property. What will change is we will be completing the bid via email, video and/or telephone. You will still be able to see a computer designed rendering of the deck on your home and draw on our 20 years of experience to learn the benefits of materials and design choices via telephone or video. We believe this will let us serve our customers while being careful about the spread of disease.
